Exchange policy:

All sales are final. We will exchange the size or style only if it is within 14 days (exceptions will be made over the Christmas period) of your delivery date. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of returns. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods your account will be charged £10.00 and the items returned to you. Any customer making excessive exchanges will be taken off our client list and is no longer able to purchase from S’No Queen.


Cancelling when you buy designer thermals online:

We aim to make it easy for you to buy designer thermals online from us, but should you need to cancel your order please e mail sharon@sno-queen.com with the order number and your instruction to cancel. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. If we have already shipped your order you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to the address at the bottom of this page.

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please complete the form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take up to 21 days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.


“I no longer have the despatch paperwork – what do I do?”

If you no longer have the returns label that was supplied with your order, please address the package to the appropriate returns address.

Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included: Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), return reason and details of refund or replacement required.


Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

Please quote your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to S’No Queen.

S’No Queen holds a NO WARRANTY policy. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not

Due to different qualities in computer screens some items may appear a slightly different shade in person.

In the unlikely event the merchandise is damaged or defective we will replace it at no charge.
