As we prepare for the Ski season, we look at what ski fashion 2021 has in store. The winter ski season is just around the corner and COVID willing many of our favourite ski resorts will be open, even if it is with social distancing in place. S’No Queens have been eagerly awaiting the new season as the 2020 Spring ski season was cut short, many S’No Queens missed out on their Ski trips this year.
So what trends do we expect to see on and off the slopes?
This season’s hottest trend for the cold weather is metallic shine and prints.
THE IN Anorak by Mammut
We absolutely love this silver insulated anorak by Mammut – The IN Anorach is a long jacket perfect for really cold extreme snow conditions. This anorak can be worn over any of the silver Gemini collection or even the Lacier silver polo top.
It is available direct from Mammut Swiss website and is currently reduced to £375 which is a great price for such a gorgeous jacket.
This anorak is unisex and looks great on both men and women, S’No Queens will be lovely and snug wearing this over their S’No Queen base layers.
Silver Lacier base layer
Peeping out from under a Metallic or jacket wear one of our striking Lacier base layers. Lacier is a new collection for 2021 and comes in gold, blue, and silver floral metallic patterns.
We have used the same BESTSELLING foil metallic material to create a feminine and fashionable floral design. Using a silk and lycra blend fabric these base layers are made to perform and keep you warm under your ski jacket and outerwear.
The fashionable print means that you can quickly change from ski to apres ski and look stunning and fashionable in this season’s hottest trend.
You can buy the Lacier zip polo online for only £119 while stocks last.
Pair this up with any of our black or Gemini leggings to keep you warm on the slopes all day.
The silk fabric is soft against your skin and traps heat whilst still giving you a full range of movement making this the perfect base layer for fashion-conscious Queens who need stylish designer ski clothes that perform as well as look great.
Poivre Blanc Womens High Waist Softshell Pants
Complete this look with your ski trousers and we feel a flashy anorak and floral print really looks great with a plainer trouser.
The Poivre Blanc Women’s High Waist Softshell Pants look and feel great on the slopes, they are simple and practical and the high waist is really flattering. You can get these ski pants from Snow and Rock for £220
These black ski pants are super versatile and will go well with almost any of the S’No Queen range over our leggings and paired up with any of our designer thermal base layers. In the Spring season, you could easily get away with wearing the ski pants over leggings and just a polo or zip polo as the weather is milder.
The flattering cut of these trousers with the wide leg means they suit any body shape. The softshell means you will need thermal leggings in colder weather but you will not feel any restrictions in movement.
Orange is the new Black
This season as we come out of lockdown, citrus orange will be the colour of the season.
Parajumpers Gobi Women’s Jacket
This stunning hooded ski jacket is available in red and Paprika, but the Paprika colour really goes well with this seasons trend of orange Ski fashion.
You can buy this in store or online at Altimus who also stock many of our S’No Queen base layers in their store. We love the guys at Altimus so you can gurantee you will get excellent customer service. This women’s ski jacket is available for £619.99 (reduced at the moment from £774.99).
It is made with extra insulation, a detachable hood, multiple pockets and full insulation to keep you warm outside in the most extreme weather.
Twist Cirtus Orange Polo Thermal Base layer
New for 2021 we have taken our classic and bestselling polo top and added a twist, in fact, a twist of orange!
The classic diamante shoulder detail is now in a cirtus orange colour to match this seasons favourite colour on and off the slopes.
The citrus orange twist collection also includes thermal leggings. In milder climates, this looks fabulous as an athleisure outfit or if you are still stuck on local lockdown, it is a comfortable and warm silk blend outfit that is flattering and feels lovely against the skin.
For those of you lucky enough to get out on the slopes this base layer set will keep you warm and perform all day under your designer ski wear.
The citrus orange polo base layer is available online for £109.
Protest Carmack 20 Ski Trousers – Flame Orange
Wear these head turning ski trousers over your S’No Queen base laters and they will really bring out the sparkle in your Twist citrus orange polo top.
These bright coloured trousers are available from Protest for £129.99 they are an excellent addition to any ski or snowboarding wardrobe.
The straight leg means they fit nicely with ski boots and have an anti-slip material on the inside of the waistline to keep your trousers in place. They are practical with zipped pockets and will keep you dry all day on the slopes as the technical fabric has 20K water resistance, moving water away from your body.
Sporty Block colours
Back for another year, sporty base layers and block colours are big for the ski season 2021.
Ladies W19 1003 WO/A Ski Jacket
We just love this Blue Ladies W19 1003 WO/A Ski Jacket from Ski Plus, the ski and snowboard specialists, it is £234.50 reduced from £335.00 at the time of this post.
There are a lot of great block-coloured jackets with block patterns around but we thought that this style goes with most up and coming trends. We love the traditional diamond quilting and luxurious hood. The belt adds an extra element of style giving you a much nicer figure than some shapeless ski jackets.
This ski jacket is meant for warmth but doesn’t compromise on style which is why it is the perfect addition to a S’No Queens wardrobe.
Any classic black, blue, metallic or monochrome styles from our collections would look great with this simple but stylish blue ski jacket.
